Dr. Phaneendra Kumar Yalavarthy has been selected for the S Ramachandran-National Bioscience Award for Career Development for the year 2020-21 by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT). This award is given in recognition of the outstanding contributions of scientists below 45 years of age in the broad area of biotechnology. On the occasion of its 35th Foundation day on 26th Feb 2021, Dr. Harsha Vardhan, Hon’ble Minister of S&T, MoH&FW, and MoES will be presenting awards to all awardees.
