We are delighted to share that Dr. Jogendra Nath Kundu and Dr. Sravanti Addepalli, esteemed alumni of the Dept. of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS), have been awarded the prestigious IUPRAI (Indian Unit of Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence) Doctoral Dissertation Awards for the years 2023 and 2024, respectively. Both scholars completed their groundbreaking doctoral research at the Vision and AI Lab (VAL) under the guidance of Prof. Venkatesh Babu.
