CDS researchers received three prestigious awards at the recently concluded IEEE HiPC 2023 conference held in Goa.
Best paper award – Koushik Sen, Sathish Vadhiyar, PN Vinayachandran for the paper titled “Strategies for fast I/O throughput in large-scale climate modelling applications“. Koushik Sen is a former MTech (CDS) student.
Best SRS poster award – Shubham K. Goswami, Dapse Vidyesh and Dr. Konduri Aditya for their work titled “Scaling performance of the asynchronous discontinuous-Galerkin method for compressible Euler equations“.
Best SRS lightening talk award – Varad Kulkarni, Dr. Yogesh Simmhan and their team for their work titled “Towards a cross-platform benchmark suite for FaaS workflows“.
