Congratulations to Srinibas Nandi, PhD candidate from the MATRIX lab at the CDS department, for winning the Best Poster Award at the recently concluded “Asian Consortium on Computational Materials Science (ACCMS-11)” from June 1 – June 3, at Yokohoma, Japan.
Srinibas Nandi, along with the co-author Phani Motamarri, received the award for the work titled “A computational methodology for mGGA functionals using finite-element DFT with accelerated self-consistent field iterations”.
Srinibas won this international award competing against 50 other participants of various nationalities across Asia.
